Whenever we are prepaid our presentation in Microsoft ppt in multiple fonts, and we are trying to present it in somewhere else where the font of our ppt is not present then what can we do,

  • it is very bad situation for a student, so there is the multiple solutions for this problem,
  • but the best solution is to add the perticular fonts to the fonts folder, but some fonts are not available at the time , then we have another solution for this , we have to replace the font with the compatible font in available fonts,

  • if we wants to change the font in single slide then we have to just select the text in slide and ,
  • then change the font in the left upper font option panel as shown in images below

  • for that first just click anywhere in slide in empty space,
  • then go to the fonts replacement options in right side of above options as shown in image below
