- India Top 3G Mobile service operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) announced ground braking Next Generation Value Added Services (vas) “Video SMS”, “Live Share” and “Dial-a-Video” for its next generation BSNL3G and BSNL2G mobile service subscriber of across all the telecom circles.
Mr. Sachin Pilot, Minister of State for Communication and IT announced the launch new Value Added Services (vas) for BSNL subscribers across the country at Chandigarh.
- BSNL introduces Latest features of Video SMS, Live Share and Dial-a-Video whereas there are services concentrated on the urban youth like Video Fun, Video Handy Cam and Video Greeting for its BSNL3G Mobile service. before Few months these 3 Next Generation Value Added Services (vas) was launched in BSNL EAST Zone (Kolkata, Orissa, West Bengal and NE) and now available as pan India basis.

- Video SMS is extremely simple to use and doesn’t require any application installation on the phone. You can send video SMS through a simple video call.
- Just record your video by making a video call to 58877, and send a video message! To use this service, a subscriber needs to have a 3g handset which supports video calls.
- He can enable video calling by turning on 3G(UMTS) network on the handset.
